Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Nousmata Supplier Portal operated by Nousmata Ltd (“Nousmata”, “we”, “us”). By registering for or accessing the Portal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. The service

The Portal enables approved automotive parts suppliers to receive parts quote requests from independent garages and respond with pricing, availability and order confirmations. Quotes and orders may be handled through the Portal or its linked Telegram channel. The Portal is provided to suppliers free of charge. Access is by invitation or approved registration only.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Your account credentials are personal to your business and must not be shared with third parties.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Notify us immediately at suppliers@nousmata.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not submit false, misleading or fraudulent pricing or availability information; access quote data belonging to garages you are not authorised to serve; reverse-engineer, scrape or automate access without written consent; transmit spam, malware or unlawful content; or impersonate another supplier or business.

4. Quote data and orders

Quote requests received through the Portal are confidential to the requesting garage and must not be disclosed to third parties. An order confirmation submitted through the Portal constitutes a binding commitment to supply the confirmed parts at the stated price and ETA, subject to the supplier's own terms of sale agreed directly with the garage.

Nousmata Ltd is not a party to any sale between a supplier and a garage, and is not responsible for the supply, pricing, quality or delivery of parts.

5. Intellectual property

The Nousmata platform, software, design and associated trade marks, including NOUSMATA (UK Trade Mark No. UK00004436885), are the property of Nousmata Ltd. These Terms do not grant a licence to use our trade marks, branding or intellectual property.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or withdraw features and will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nousmata Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the Portal, including loss of profit, business or data. As the Portal is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Portal shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Privacy

Our Supplier Portal Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the Portal.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
